Moon Valley Med Spa LLC (“Moon Valley Med Spa”) is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers, and speech-recognition software.
Our conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as an ongoing goal and work to meet or exceed it across our public website.
What we've done
- Built the site with semantic HTML and clear page structure (headings, landmarks, lists).
- Made navigation, menus, the booking flow, and dialogs operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Provided text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
- Chosen text and color combinations intended to meet WCAG AA contrast.
- Respected the “reduce motion” setting for animations and auto-advancing content.
- Added a “skip to content” link and a responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow.
- Set up automated accessibility checks that run on every release, plus periodic manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.
Ongoing work and known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some content — including third-party tools and embedded content we don't control, and older material — may not yet fully conform. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see below) and we will work to fix it and provide the information or service you need in another way.

When you contact us, please describe the problem, the web page (URL), and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you can — it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback promptly.
Measures we take
We consider accessibility in our design and development process, test with automated tools and manual review, and treat reported barriers as issues to be resolved. We do not use a third-party “accessibility overlay” widget; instead we work to make the underlying website itself accessible.
