A good chunk of our regulars drive in from Desert Ridge. Some found us looking for Botox that did not come with a hard sell. Some came for a facial and stayed for the cold plunge. A few found us because they wanted one place that could handle skin, weight, hormones and recovery instead of four separate appointments across the north valley.
We are at 15414 N 7th St, Suite 4, just south of Greenway. From most of 85050 and 85054 that is a straight shot down the 101 and about 15 minutes door to door.
Getting here from Desert Ridge
The fastest route is Loop 101 west from Tatum to the 7th Street exit, then south on 7th Street for roughly three and a half miles. We are on the east side of the street, in the plaza just past Greenway. Look for Suite 4.
If the 101 is backed up, Bell Road west to 7th Street works, and so does Union Hills. Neither adds much time outside of rush hour.
Parking is free and there is almost always a spot near the door. No garage, no meters, no circling.

Most med spas stop at the treatment room. We built a full recovery lounge into the same suite: cold plunge and hot tub for contrast therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression boots and assisted stretching.
You can drop in for a single session, or go daily on the $149 monthly membership. That matters if you are already driving to a gym, a recovery studio and a spa separately. Here it is one address and one appointment.
If you golf at Wildfire, run the Desert Ridge trails, or just spend eight hours a day at a desk, the contrast therapy is worth the drive on its own. First cold plunge is free if you want to try it before committing to anything.
Who you will see
Randi Morris, NP, is our medical director. She oversees the injectable, weight loss, hormone and peptide side of the practice. Our aestheticians handle skin, lashes, brows and head spa, Heather heads up hospitality and will know your name by your second visit, and our recovery team runs stretching and the lounge.

Hours that work around the 101
We are open until 7pm Monday through Friday, so you can come after work without fighting the afternoon rush both ways. Saturdays 10am to 4pm. Closed Sunday.
Questions we get from Desert Ridge clients
About 15 minutes from Desert Ridge Marketplace outside of rush hour, and 8.6 miles door to door. Allow closer to 20 if you are heading south on the 101 between 4pm and 6pm. Most people find the drive shorter than they expected.
There are standalone cold plunge and sauna studios in north Phoenix and Scottsdale, but you would be paying separate memberships and driving to separate places. Having contrast therapy in the same building as your injector is the reason people make the trip.
Yes for eligible services. We also offer payment plans if you are spreading out a larger treatment package.
Some services, yes. B12 shots, express dermaplane and a quick Botox touch-up all fit in an hour including the drive. Facials, head spa and Morpheus8 need more room.
