No. Cash-pay means you pay us directly, which is what keeps it simple and avoids surprise billing. If you want to submit anything to your insurer yourself, we can give you documentation of what was drawn.
It depends on the panel. Some tests, such as fasting glucose and certain lipid panels, ask you not to eat beforehand. We will tell you when you book whether yours requires it.
Most standard panels come back within a few business days. More specialised tests can take longer, and we will tell you what to expect when you book.
