A Med Spa Near Paradise Valley

About 20 minutes from Lincoln Drive, and about 11 from Tatum and Cactus. Injectables, Morpheus8, FormaV and a full recovery lounge in one suite on N 7th St, without the resort markup.

Two places share this name, and they are not close to each other. There is the Town of Paradise Valley, which is Lincoln Drive, Mummy Mountain, the country club and the resorts. And there is Paradise Valley Village, the Phoenix neighborhood around Tatum and Cactus and the community college. The first is about eleven miles from us. The second is about six.

Both are on the list below with real figures, because a page that quietly answers for whichever one sounds closer is not much use to the person reading it. We are at 15414 N 7th St, Suite 4, in Moon Valley Plaza just south of Greenway.

Getting here from Paradise Valley, and why not the 51

The instinct is to take the 51, and it is wrong. Google does not offer AZ-51 in any of its top three routes from anywhere in the town, and from the east side of the village it offers it third and slower. Tatum Boulevard north, then west on Cactus Road or Thunderbird Road, is the fast way.

From Lincoln Drive there is a second option that reads longer and is not: west on Lincoln, then north on 7th Street the whole way. It runs a mile or so further and lands within a minute of the Tatum route, and it is one turn instead of four.

From the village, Cactus Road or Union Hills Drive west brings you straight in. We are on the east side of 7th Street in Moon Valley Plaza, just south of Greenway, Suite 4.

What Paradise Valley comes to us for

Botox at $10 a unit, with a free consultation. The price is the price. There is no resort surcharge on the same units you would get on Lincoln Drive.

Morpheus8 RF microneedling and microneedling for skin tightening, texture and scarring on the face, neck and body. It is the kind of treatment worth driving past a closer option for, which is the calculation this whole page is really about.

FormaV for intimate wellness and pelvic floor concerns, in a suite where the appointment does not run through a hotel lobby. Consultation first, and it is free.

DiamondGlow and signature facials and facials from $59, which is the point at which most people notice what a resort spa charges for the same protocol.

Japanese head spa from $130, and genuinely one of very few in the valley. Sixty to ninety minutes, and the least clinical thing we do.

IV hydration from $169, including the morning after something at a resort you did not organize.

The day pass you are not paying for

A resort spa will sell you access to a plunge pool and a sauna for the afternoon. We built the equivalent into the same suite as the treatment rooms: cold plunge and hot tub, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression boots and assisted stretching.

Sessions start at $40, or it is unlimited on the $149 monthly membership. Compare that to a resort day rate and the eleven miles start to look like the cheap part.

It also means the recovery happens in the same visit as the treatment, with the same people, instead of being a separate booking somewhere else. First cold plunge is free.

Who you will see, and how many of them

Randi Morris, NP, is our medical director and personally oversees injectables, FormaV, weight loss, hormones and peptides. The device work is not handed off to whoever is on shift.

8 providers, more than 2,600 treatments, and a 4.9 rating across 159 Google reviews. If you are used to a resort spa where the person doing your treatment changes every visit, this is the opposite arrangement, and it is deliberate.

Hours, and the drive back

9am to 7pm Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm on Saturday, closed Sunday. From the town, a mid-morning or an early afternoon appointment gets you both directions outside the Tatum and Cactus rush, which is worth about ten minutes each way.

Questions we get from Paradise Valley clients

Both, and they are very different drives. From the Town of Paradise Valley, around Lincoln Drive and the country club, it is 10.7 to 13.3 miles and 20 to 23 minutes. From Paradise Valley Village, the Phoenix neighborhood around Tatum and Cactus, it is 5.5 to 6.5 miles and about 11 minutes. If you are not sure which one you are in, the zip code is the giveaway: 85253 is the town.

No. We checked six starting points and Google does not put AZ-51 in its top three routes from anywhere in the town. Tatum Boulevard north then west on Cactus or Thunderbird is faster, and so is Lincoln Drive west to 7th Street. From the east side of the village the 51 does appear, third, at 9.5 miles against 5.5 on the surface streets.

The clinical work is the same work, done by a nurse practitioner rather than by a spa menu, and priced without a resort attached to it. What you give up is the lobby, the valet and the grounds. What you get back is a recovery lounge included at membership rates rather than sold as a day pass, and the same injector every time.

Yes, and from eleven miles out that is usually the right way to do it. Injectables and a facial, or Morpheus8 and a lounge session afterwards, can be booked back to back. Tell us when you book and we will lay the visit out so you are not sitting between appointments.

It is a suite in a plaza rather than a spa floor, so there is no lobby to be seen in and no shared locker room. FormaV, weight loss and hormone appointments in particular happen in a closed treatment room with one provider, and your notes are not visible to the front desk. Those four, plus Botox, Morpheus8 and peptides, need a free consultation first; facials, DiamondGlow, head spa, IV therapy and the recovery lounge you can book directly.
