The session itself
About 30 minutes. The provider measures first so nothing is inserted further than necessary, a topical numbing cream is available, and most people describe the treatment as a warm, completely tolerable sensation.

Back to your day
There is no downtime. You can drive yourself home and carry on. Some tenderness or mild redness for up to 24 hours is normal, and we recommend skipping strenuous exercise for two to four days.
