Getting Started With Semaglutide Weight Loss

Getting started is easy! Call us, stop by, or go online and we can get you started in less than 5 minutes.
  • Step 1: Fill out an intake form. This allows the physician to formulate a plan built for your body.
  • Step 2: Schedule a 15 minute "online" consultation with the provider who will prescribe your medication.
  • Step 3: Your semaglutide is shipped directly to your house. Most people give themselves the shot, however you can schedule to stop by the spa and one of our Registered Nurses can administer it for you at no additional cost

Our program is designed to make your healthcare journey simple and efficient. Starting your treatment only requires three steps:
1. Fill out an online medical intake form.
2. Select an appointment time for a consultation with your new health care provider.
3. After your interview, medical clearance and payment, you’ll receive your Semaglutide medication.

We provide up to 2mg/week of Semaglutide, if medically suitable, for an additional cost. Please consult with your healthcare provider to see if a custom dosing regiment is more appropriate for you.

When you start our 6 week, 12 week, or 24 week program, you’ll receive sufficient medication for the entire duration of your treatment program. Most of our patients opt for the 12 week plan due to its cost and effectiveness.
To cancel your subscription, simply call, stop by or send us an email. Cancellation fees may apply.

Our program is all inclusive and includes everything from your online consultation with our Doctor, regular follow ups with the doctor, delivery of your meds and any increase in dosage that is suggested . We maintain complete transparency with our patients, meaning there are no hidden charges or long-term contracts. However, if you choose to have your order filled at a local pharmacy instead of through our platform, the pharmacy may charge you a fee for your medication. At Moon Valley Medspa we aim for a “white glove” type of experience, making this a discreet and effective service unlike some of our competitors. You will not sit in a lobby for an hour or longer with 20 other people.

Yes, all medications are produced in an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy. We collaborate with licensed pharmacies across all 50 states, using only top-grade ingredients. Approved patients are typically prescribed Semaglutide injections, which are slowly absorbed by the body over a week to help reduce appetite and cravings. Please note that the Semaglutide we prescribe is a generic compounded medication and is not associated with the Novo Nordisk™ company or the brand-name medications Victoza®, Saxenda®, Wegovy®, or Ozempic®

After you take your intake form, have your medical provider interview & clearance, and payment is submitted, you will select select your medication delivery method.

Options include: hand delivery, regional delivery, and shipping.
